Pull up a chair and pour yourself a glass of milk my friends, because DeskDirector has just released the spiciest version of Broadcast yet.

Upon its initial release, Broadcast fast became of the most popular DeskDirector features with our MSPs. It was born out of the need to arm MSPs with the Power of the Pre-Emptive Strike,
and designed to help prevent the dreaded Helpdesk Overload that occurs whenever
something major goes wrong.

Duplicate tickets, panicked phone calls, processes long forgotten, and a distinct feeling that your clients are wondering why it was them having to tell you that everyone's computer screens have spontaneously combusted, rather than the other way around.

When things aren't doing what they should, Broadcast gives you the edge. It doesn't just
stop your techs from losing their minds, it shows clients that you've got your eye on the
ball - that you're paying attention, you're proactive, and they can trust the work you're doing
behind the scenes.  

So, what's changed?


As well as generating a desktop pop-up notification and an 'Important Information' banner
in the portal for customers, you can now send rich text formatted, and even
custom templated email Broadcasts.

Not only can you filter recipients by contact and company, you can also filter by tags. Create your own contact or company groups through the Admin Portal and just enter the group tags into the recipient fields - easy!
