MSPs Customer Portal - Finally Here!

As we announced in a previous blog post, we were busy working on DD Portal, the new electron-based Client Console. Now, we are finally ready to share it with all our clients. While some of you may have had a play around with the Beta version, now everyone can enjoy the wonders of a self-updating client. 

The new client should be ready to download from your Admin Console, we have a guide on how to brand and download it here. We offer both an MSI and an EXE. You can use the EXE to have a look on your on machine, and then run the MSI to deploy your new portal. We also have a deployment guide and a troubleshooting guide

If you already have the client, great! It will auto update with any branding changes you make in the Admin Console, and of course, with any fixes and updates we release. 

We hope that this new client makes things a bit easier in regards to keeping your clients up-to-date with the latest version of DeskDirector. 

Please do remember that since it has been just released, there may be bugs, which we encourage you to tell us about so we can fix them. Found no bugs? You can still tell us about your experience with the product. All feedback is appreciated in order to make the DeskDirector experience better for you and your clients. 

Also keep an eye on our DD Portal knowledgebase as we will keep adding more documentation and guides on what can be achieved with the new DD Portal!
