After much thought and feedback from our awesome community, we've decided to put all of our guidelines together in one place.
The Onboarding Center is a collection of onboarding specific articles, knowledge base links and best practice tips explicitly designed to help you set up your portal as quickly as possible.
The first step before the KB full immersion
It's by no means comprehensive and it's not designed to replace our thorough library of KB. Rather, it should help you focus on what needs your immediate attention as opposed to everything else that you can achieve with our awesome solution at a later date.
It's designed for you to keep referring back to it and it's easy to bookmark, as opposed to emails which tend to get lost in the maze of your inboxes and harder and harder to retrieve as time goes by.
We've also designed it to be read from top to bottom so you have a clear pathway in front of you. DeskDirector is such a full, comprehensive product and it's easy to get overwhelmed with the sheer amount of possibilities at the beginning. Our KB center has hundreds of articles available so we can't blame you!
Even if you've had DeskDirector for a while now, it's a good tool to use to see if you're using it at it's full potential - it can be tricky to keep adding to this solution if you haven't really nailed the fundamentals of it! Also, we will keep adding to it as the product evolves with us, one more reason to periodically check if there's anything new!
