Automate the Messages at The Start and End of a Chat

Your techs will tend to start up and sign off their chat support sessions with the same or very similar messages.
"How can I help you?"
"Thanks for chat, hope you have a great day!"
This can get a bit tedious so we have automated the messages at the start and end of a chat support session.
By going to Chat/Settings in the system tray each tech can customise these greetings to their own preference.
