Preparedness Survey



We suggest running a short survey to understand your users’ level of preparedness if they need to work from home. The survey takes five minutes to complete and will give you a standardized, easy to assess snapshot of your customers' situation.


If you access your Admin Console and follow this path:

Systems > Forms > New Form > Create from Template

You will see a COVID19 Working From Home Survey form in the list. Feel free to use it and edit it as you need.
