We have mobile running on our dev system and we're very excited about it.
With DeskDirector mobile your customers will be able to see all their own ConnectWise tickets as well as add new tickets from their mobile device.
We will be supporting the following platforms
- Windows Phone 7
If the user is set as an Admin under their ConnectWise portal they will be able to see all tickets for their company (just like the Windows version of DeskDirector)
We expect the all the important capabilities to be in mobile
- Service Request
- Add Note
- Fast Track
- Flag for review
The mobile client will talk to the same DeskDirector service your Windows clients do so there's nothing new to install on your servers.
On the mobile client your customer will need to enter their portal name, password and unique customer code in ConnectWise
(We can cache these credentials so that customers don't need to log more than once)
