DeskDirector 14.2 for ConnectWise and Autotask MSPs

We here at DeskDirector are proud to announce the release of our 14.2 versions with many great new features for ConnectWise and Autotask MSPs

We want to thank our great partners for helping us build an even better DeskDirector. Many of the new features have come from their feedback.

The new 14.2 Client Console has many new features including;

Your clients now have the ability to add screenshots to existing tickets. Not only that but a note will be added to the ticket so both you and they know it happened.

Chat Changes
Chat now includes spell check and the pop ups include your team member's photo.

Now you can show your clients a video or document when they fire DeskDirector up for the first time. That way they you can take them through how to use it and its benefits. 
QuoteWerks QuoteWerks
We now integrate for QuoteWerks Quote Valet, so your clients can see and approve QuoteWerks quotes.

DeskDirector now fires up even faster, and is a huge amount faster on Terminal Servers.

The 14.2 release of the Staff Heads Up Display now includes;

checked user-50 Downstream IT Support  
You now have the unique ability to brand the Heads Up Display and provide it to IT staff at clients. They can use it to view and work tickets, see the presence of their staff and even chat with them!
online-50 Presence everywhere 
Client presence indicators have been added throughout the product to allow your staff to know when clients are available for support interactions including chat.

The new ServiceRadar Datagrid allows an MSP to see client presence across all open tickets and the new enhanced filters make it even easier to find tickets that need attention now.  


Chat Auto Logged
All chat conversations are now automatically logged to the internal notes of the ticket.
