Written by Phill Claxton | July 22, 2015

While we are busy rolling out 15.1 the team have snuck a couple of nice extra features in for those using (or thinking of using) our Wufoo forms integration. These will be live for all on Monday July 27th.

  • Now you can chose to have form fields be used to create the PSA ticket summary
  • We now also have a nifty Wufoo form explorer tool that can be used to explore your forms and make sure all is set up correctly

Check out the features in the video.

Hi, and welcome to another one-minute Wednesday. Now, hot on the heels of our 15.1 release, the team have just added a couple of really nice additions to the Wufoo integration for forms. Let’s check it out.

The first new addition is now you can tag fields in your Wufoo form, and those fields will be used to form the summary of the ticket that’s created in your PSA. The second thing we’ve added is a really handy form explorer tool. So this will make sure that your form integration is working. You’ll be able to see the forms, and then when you explore or navigate into them, you’ll be able to copy the link to the form easily into your PSA, see the redirectional link you need to use, check if the metadata field exists, and if you’re using the summary feature mentioned just before, you’ll be able to see the summary fields that we use to form the ticket, subject, or summary, inside your PSA. I’m sure you’ll agree those new additions make DeskDirector’s integration with Wufoo even better and simpler to set up. Head over to the knowledge base at kb.deskdirector.com to learn more, and as always, have a fantastic week, and we’ll see you next time. Bye for now.
