Chat Transfer With One Click | Chat Gets Better

One of the first requests back we got for chat was for the ability to hand a running chat session from one tech to another
This feature is now in release
The tech now has a transfer button on the toolbar
When he or she clicks on that a list of available techs comes up
The tech can choose who to transfer to and the transfer is complete
