A new Outlook Add-In for DeskDirector 13.1

One of the most common ways for customers to log tickets is to email the ConnectWise email connector. 

For some customers it can be a challenge to break that habit.

To help with the change we have extended DeskDirector right into Outlook with the new Outlook Add-in

When customers click on New Ticket they go straight to the new ticket section in DeskDirector

The My Tickets take them directly to  a list of their open tickets.
