As a result the team have worked hard and fast to get DeskDirector Client Console 15.2 out the door. 15.2 now supports Windows 10 computers.

Hi, and welcome to another One Minute Wednesday. Today we wanted to announce another small new release of DeskDirector’s client console, and that’s 15.2. Last month, Microsoft released Windows 10 and that’s the main thing that’s changed in DeskDirector 15.2, and that’s official support for Windows 10. If your clients aren’t running Windows 10, there’s no need for them to upgrade from 15.1 to 15.2 As a friendly reminder for those new to DeskDirector, and those wanting to know, let’s have a look at how you can create the 15.2 client in the portal. Navigate to portal.deskdirector.com and log in with the credentials you were given at sign up. Once there, head over to the Generate tab, scroll down, make sure all your details are correct and your logos are correct. Choose the 15.2 client or whatever client you want to generate, and hit the Generate button. DeskDirector will go and away now and generate the client for you, and when that’s complete you can head on to the top and go to the Download screen and you will find the client waiting for you to download.
